What is Spinal Decompression?
You will be harnessed in with 2 seprate harnesses and your spine will be gently lengthened in order to decompress herniated or bulging discs or re-hydrate degenerated discs.
What is a chiropractic adjustment?
An adjustment is a controlled, precise movement applied to a joint—most often the spine—to improve alignment, reduce restriction, and help the body move more efficiently.
Does chiropractic care hurt?
Most patients feel relief after an adjustment. Some may experience mild soreness, similar to after a workout, but this typically resolves quickly.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit typically includes a consultation, health history review, and assessment. From there, your chiropractor will discuss a recommended treatment plan.
